- When you find an item of interest, you can confirm availability by chatting directly with our sales rep via the WhatsApp button on the product page.
- Once the item is confirmed available, you can place your order directly with the sales rep and schedule your delivery date
For Custom Production:
- Kindly note, for the sake of our integrity, there are some designs we don’t replicate. Also, we can reject an order based on a timeline for production and also limitations of material availability.
- Depending on the design and our workshop schedule, production for items like bed sets can take 3 days – 3 weeks, while sofa or dining sets take an average of 3 weeks to 1 month.
General Guidelines
- Delivery is not free
- Some items may attract installation fee
- Items with free delivery require a deposit before dispatch
- Payment on delivery is for Lagos only
- Deals price are only valid for the sales period
- Sales price is subject to product availability… (current stock)
- Orders outside Lagos will be via Waybill and attract a Waybill cost, will be picked up at the park and the cost is determined by the parks.
Refunds: in a situation where it has been clearly proven that the wrong item was delivered and the customer can’t find any other related item design as a replacement, then a full refund will be made.

- In custom cases, except until proven beyond a reasonable doubt, a refund can only be done upon sale of the produced item
- Refunds are also subject to mutual agreement between the customer and a top admin rep
