Our Spread Pay feature allows for purchase and storage of furniture order within an agreed “Cycle of Time” and service charges depending on package of choice at less than 5% additional cost on customer’s total order amount.

Features:

• Duration:
  • Minimum of 1 Cycle – 30 days to Maximum of 2 Cycles – 60 days

• Storage Fees:
  • 1^st Cycle – 30 days (N7,500 – N100,000 depending on size and value)
  • 2^nd Cycle – 60 days + N30,000 extra after first 30 days

• Processing – Handling Fees:
  • N15,000 – N100,000 (one time payment – non-refundable – fee dependent on size of order & value)
• Cycles – Spread Pay: Initial Deposit & Interest Charges:
  • 1 Cycle – No Interest (payment must be completed within 30 Days) 
    • Initial Deposit – 40% minimum below N1,000,000
    • Initial Deposit – 60% minimum above N1,000,000
  • 2 Cycles – Interest Inclusive (payment spread and must be paid within 60 Days)  
    • Initial Deposit – 40% minimum below N1,000,000
    • Initial Deposit – 60% minimum above N1,000,000
    • 5% on outstanding balance from 1st 30 days
• Order Cancellation Fee: Once payment of the first installment is done, it is acknowledged as an automatic activation of the service, to cancel the order, a deduction (N15,000 – N100,000) will be made from the deposit, as well as any further expense incurred in the activation of the service.
• Default Penalties:
  • N15,000 – 50,000 per late payment or default on terms without mutual agreement with admin
• Warehousing Charge: We provide storage services for customer’s orders within a maximum period of 60 days. Below is the list of warehousing options based on duration.
  • Spread Pay:
    • N8,000 – N30,000 1st Cycle (30 days)
    • N15,000 – 60,000 monthly after first 30 days – this is a monthly charge
    • After 60 days, condition of goods stored will be at customer’s expense, we can assist with repairs but at an agreed fee incase of any damage due to long period storage. Monthly storage fees still applies and must be paid in full before order will be released
