Discounts / Deals & Refunds

• Special -Bulk Order Discount: If you are purchasing more than one item, a top admin can approve a discount price.
  • This doesn’t include items already listed as a bundle
• Deals: the admin can decide product deals or discounts for special dates, this will be advertised across all our social platforms.
  • Kindly note that you can’t claim a deal once the date has passed.
• Refunds: there is no refund for items delivered in good condition from the warehouse / showroom.
  • In a situation where it has been clearly proven that the wrong item was delivered and the customer can’t find any other related item design as a replacement, then a full refund will be made.
  • In custom cases, except until proven beyond a reasonable doubt, a refund can only be done upon sale of the produced item
  • Refunds are also subject to mutual agreement between the customer and a top admin rep
